Does it weigh down fibe@hair?

I have very fine hair that would be super straight; but due to coloring and blow-drying my hair, it is damaged & frizzy (also humidity) . I found that by using just the right amount of this, it settles those issues. Chin length hair use about 1/2 teaspoon as a start. Comb with fingers halfway down. Then use a brush to distribute it throughout all of my hair. It will blow dry sleek with large round brush. No flat iron needed.
