I've use the light moisturizing cream in the past, but I'm wondering if the normal one would be better? What's the difference?

I believe the Light is meant for very fine hair, or hair that gets weighed down by conditioners/products. If your hair is thicker or handles conditioner fine, then the regular would work for you.
