I have a red blushing rocasea. Does this product work like a foundation? Can I apply a blush over this product or do I have to use a foundation over this product?

I, too, have rosacea. Mine causes my cheeks to get flaming red. I have to wear a foundation with this mineral veil. Mine might be more prominent than yours. It is like a fire engine red.
