Can you wear this like skincare or does it have to be taken off (I'm using this for under eye, since it's a serum I wanted to know if there would be any cons if I accidentally sleep in it or something.)

Judging by the ingredients, due to the pigments definitely wash it off as you would normal makeup. 
Especially if you’re prone to Milia.
Tho it wouldn’t be the worse thing in the world, still; think of it like leaving sunscreen on overnight.
