Would I skip my moisturizer that I would normally use and go right into the gel? And it said under how to use that I would apply the gel part after cleansing, so does that mean I can apply my other products on top of it the gel?

That is what I do. After applying liquid serums/treatments, I apply the gel and then the cream. I do not add additional moisturizers.  This is the most moisturizing facial product I've ever used (including LaMer, Clarins, Lancome, Drunk Elephant, Shiseido, LaPrarie, and others).  I use it twice a week, and it leaves my skin baby soft.  I find it works best after I've used a chemical exfoliant, like Drunk elephant's Baby Soft Facial or the Ordinary's AHA/BHA peeling solution (the red liquid). If I remember correctly, I asked for a sample in a Sephora store 6 years ago, and after using it twice, I've been hooked on it since.  It is the best of very, VERY few overnight products I was actually able to notice a significant difference the next morning.  On nights when I am not going to get enough sleep mostly due to a work obligation, this even leaves me looking refreshed -- it's also FANTASTIC to apply before a long, dehydrating flight. A little goes a long way, too. NOT INCENTIVIZED.
