What is new about this fragrance mist? Is it suppose to last longer?

i js bought it, but it DID last me a couple of hours; i applied it in the morning after i got ready (around 8am) and i got a complement BY MY TEACHER at like 2pm. and for less than 50$ i would TOTALLY buy it again
