I really like this product for dark circle corrector. However [even though I wear Lancôme waterproof mascara]@the mascara totally rubs off on the concealer. I also use setting powder on top but it doesn't keep it from smudging. What should I do

Maybe you should try using a tubing mascara. Tarte Tartelette XL & Caliray Come Hell or High Water are good ones, both come in mini sizes for a trial run before committing to a full size product. Hope that helps
