I need an eye cream to help plump my under eyes. Some say it has helped depuff their under eyes. Others say it plumps their under eyes. How can it do both?

it Has Volufiline.. which Plu ps eye lines  moth lines etc.. just buy  The Ordinary  ( Pure Volufilne   it is NOT Meant to Depuff so .. based on the ingredients... i tap some Under eye for Eye Hollow and it plumps lines .. put moisturizer over it ... the goal is too hydrate After you apply Volufilne.... you ONLY SPOT treat with Volufiline   put on all lines   i use hyloronic accid   under eye patches and looks great..
