Does this have a 10%–20% concentration of stabilized Vitamin C (like L-ascorbic acid), paired with Vitamin E and Ferulic Acid ? This feels very watery.

This has three different forms of Vitamin C that are more gentle and stable than ascorbic acid (no more Vit C turning brown on your face). This combo reduces irritation and improves stability while maintaining efficacy. Comparing percentages wrong give an accurate picture with different types of Vit C though.

This contains Vitamin E (tocopherol), Phytic Acid, Chlorella Vulgaris extract, Capsicum Annuum extract, and Rosemary extract which all have some antioxidant effect. Additionally, algae extract is soothing and pepper extract may stimulate circulation. Rosemary extract helps preserve the product. Phytic acid can mildly brighten, Citric acid is mildly exfoliating, and Vit E and Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil support the skin barrier.

The remaining ingredients help retain moisture and condition skin, deliver active ingredients into the skin more effectively, thicken or improve product texture, or preserve and stabilize the formula to prevent separation or spoilage.
