the price is so exorbitant for this (very) cute-looking clip. can anybody vouch it stands up to the price point?

They are handmade and made from a recycled material that is harder than the typical plastic used for cheaper clips. I used the clip for a month before I made up my mind on whether it was worth it and I absolutely think it is. I’ve dropped it a million times and it’s never broken, it holds my hair all day even though my hair is super fine, and they’re not rough on your scalp.
