What it is: A lash-loving quick stick liquid liner that flexes, lasts, and removes in tubes like a tubing mascara.

Ingredient Callouts: Free of parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, sulfates SLS & SLES, triclocarban, triclosan, and contains less than one percent synthetic fragrance. It is also vegan and cruelty-free.
What Else You Need to Know: This liner uses SmartFlex Tube Tech which wraps lash line and flexes with every blink. No tugging or pulling, flex-felt angled tip bends with you for foolproof application and is infused with biotin, hyaluronic acid, and ceramide blend. It removes in tubes with warm water and pairs perfectly with tarte's tubing mascara (sold separately).
