Charlotte TilburyThe Feline Flick Liquid Eyeliner
You’ve got options!
Start with the foundation you currently use to find a matching shade from this brand.
An easy, intense black liquid liner with fine felt-tip applicator, inspired by Japanese shodo calligraphy pens.
What it does:
This pen helps you to achieve Charlotte’s signature feline flick cat-eye look easily with its fine-tipped brush that applies a glossy, intense black line without the need to re-trace. Color glides on and sets quickly to avoid feathering and smudging with the help of an ergonomic rubber handle for controlled application. It stays on for up to 14 hours but comes off easily using eye makeup remover.
What it is formulated WITHOUT:
If you are not very confident drawing a winged look, when you get two thirds across the lash line, draw a dot 1/8 inch up and out from the outer corner of your eye as a guideline for where your flick should end. Then thicken the line up and out toward the finishing dot.
-Starting from the inner corner of the eye, draw a very fine line as close as possible to the lash line. There should be no visible gap between your lashes and liner.
-Keep drawing a thin line until two thirds of the way across. From this point start to thicken the line, sweeping the pen slightly up and out.
-Instead of following the curve of the eye downwards, keep drawing the line diagonally upwards. Once you get level with the end of the eye, keep sweeping the line out and up. Your flick should end 1/8 inch from the end of your eye.
-Always look straight into the mirror. If you look down then you will naturally pull the line downwards.
