Does the refill come with a top cover, I ordered 110R, I thought it came with a cover until I noticed on my order, it said refill. Hmmm, confused.

Hi. There are 2 different price points the lipsticks that are $45 … those have the case and  the lipstick.
The cheaper one is just the lipstick refill. When your lipstick is empty you can just pull out the empty and drop in the new one. Hope this helps!!
