best non silicone primer

I was always torn between needing a mattifying primer and not wanting silicones in my primer. Hello perfect canvas!...I really like this product. It is soothing and non irritating and does create a nice surface for makeup. ...Holy Grail for oily girls who don't want silicone!...Ditch the Silicones, get this!

This is one of the best primers that I’ve tried. It doesn’t feel like silicone, instead it’s more like a gel, so it sinks in and gets absorbed by your skin quickly. ...I find it controls my oil really well (and I'm like 3-4 oil sheets oily). 4/5 stars because of how finicky it is, but if you're looking for a non-silicone shine control primer, this is the one.
