this tarte eyeliner is good for beginners but the tip dries out too fast. i’ve found that every so often, some of the eyeliners that u but aren’t as black as i’d hope, especially the full size which is quite disappointing....The brush side is a little thick, so if you're a beginner you may want to use a lighter hand when applying your eyeliner, but other than that - I love this!
