I don't usually buy 'icy blue' [shimmery] but this colour is great with my eyes, light blue, I put it on very lightly with a darker eye line and it is very subtle, easy to look like I spend lots of time doing it. get lots of compliments....I have deep set light green eyes and I use the blues on the waterline to really offset them. ...baby blues
