It's not particularly hydrating as if dries down very quickly and it doesn't really act as a primer to grip any of the makeup. I have oily skin & obvious pores but it doesn't help to blur or veil the skin in any way like other hourglass primers can do. ...Just Not For Me-It Sat On My Skin...These primers tend to sink into my skin better.
