Is this foundation silicone or water based? & what primer does it pair best with? ❤️

if you read the ingredients list, it'll tell you if its water or silicone based. anything ending in cone or ane is gonna be a form of silicone. as well as silica,  obviously.  I saw multiple ingredients that are silicones,  therefore this is a silicone foundation.  some of my fav silicone primers are by smashbox, hourglass vanish, dhc velvet skin coat... so many silicone primers, idk what your skin needs so I can't recommend a specific one.

also note, lots of foundations have both water and forms of silicone in the ingredients... but I've found that ones that have MULTIPLE forms of silcones work great with my silcone primers... but COULD also work well with water based primers. I've done lots of trial and error to find my best combos.
