Overview: First-time clients who opt-in to Sephora marketing text alerts will receive a promo code for 10% off their next purchase. This promo is running in both the US and Canada

Promotion Details/Qualification

To qualify for the promotion, you must:

  • Opt in to Sephora marketing text alerts for the first time by completing the sign-up instructions found in the text message received.

  • Be a Beauty Insider member and logged in to your Beauty Insider account.

  • Make a merchandise purchase within seven days of opting in to our mobile text alerts.

This offer is valid for one-time use and can be redeemed at US or Canada stores or online at sephora.com or sephora.ca. This offer is valid on Buy Online, Pick Up In Store or Curbside and Same-Day Delivery orders.

Who Does Not Qualify

The following aren’t eligible to redeem the 10% off basket promo:

  • Clients who have previously opted in to Sephora marketing text alerts (including those who opted in over the past three years) or are existing Sephora marketing text alert clients.

  • Clients who opted in to receive Sephora marketing text alerts via online brand launch opt-in pages (e.g., HAUS LABS BY LADY GAGA or Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez).

  • Clients who have not made a purchase within seven days of their original opt-in date.

  • Clients who have opted in to Sephora marketing text alerts while there was no offer running.

  • Clients who have previously redeemed this offer within the past three years (code is one-time use).

  • Clients who have switched mobile phone numbers and were previously opted in to Sephora marketing text alerts with the same Beauty Insider account.

  • Clients who may have multiple phone numbers (promo validation is contingent on Beauty Insider ID, not phone number).

  • First-time clients who have opted in to Sephora US marketing text alerts but have a Canadian phone number, or clients who have opted in to Sephora Canada marketing text alerts but have a US phone number.

Promo Code Exclusions

  • This offer is not valid for purchases of Dyson, CHANEL, PROVEN Skincare, Oribe, The Ordinary, or MAC Cosmetics Viva Glam products.

  • This offer is not valid on in-store services, previous purchases, purchases of gift cards, Same-Day Delivery Unlimited, gift wrapping, packaging, taxes, or shipping and handling charges.

  • Return of discounted merchandise will be for the price actually paid.

  • Sephora employees are not eligible.

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, Beauty Insider Cash, or reward, unless otherwise specified by Sephora.

A: US clients will be messaged from 36681. Canadian clients will be messaged from 625387.

Q: What do I have to reply in order to join the Sephora marketing text alerts program?

A: US or English-speaking Canadian clients must reply “Y” to opt in. French-speaking Canadian clients must reply “OUI."

Q: How frequently will I receive marketing-related text messages?

Q: What kinds of messages will I receive?

A: By opting in to a Sephora marketing program, you can expect to receive recurring marketing, promotional, advertising, informational, and other similar messages regarding sales, discounts, loyalty programs, reward certificates, abandoned-cart reminders, and other offers.

Q: How do I opt out?

A: If you don’t wish to continue participating in any program, or no longer agree to these terms, text the applicable short code or directly reply to any message received from a program with STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to opt out of that program at any time. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out. You understand that the text message program may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that contain words or phrases other than those set forth above and agree that Sephora and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. You may be subscribed to multiple programs across different short codes, and therefore you must separately text or reply STOP to each short code from which you wish to unsubscribe. Q: Are clients who sign up for back-in-stock, coming soon, or transactional text alerts ineligible receive the 10% off basket promo?

A: Clients who have signed up for back-in-stock, coming soon, or transactional text alerts, but who have never signed up for Sephora marketing text alerts, do qualify for the 10% off basket promo.

Q: What do I need to do to redeem the 10% off basket promo?

A: You must use the promo code online or show the text message to a Beauty Advisor in store at checkout to redeem.
