A wonder eyeliner does'nt smear easy, and so ez to apply to the inner and outer eye I have tryed this eye liner and make-up forever aqua eyeliner and I returned make-up forever right away it smeared so e-z and it is suppose to be water proof ya right, 24/7 is a far better eyliner hands down....I always use make up forever aqua eyeliner pencil, I have like a bunch.
