The only con (which I was able to get around) is that it can dry streaky. Heavily pigmented nail polishes do this. So the second time I painted my nails, I turned my ceiling fan off so it wouldn’t dry as I’m painting it on and it worked....I do apply a base to very clean nails, then this fabulous polish, then a nail topper. ...Will only buy this polish from now on...wow! what a polish!
