She must have done her homework on her products, I find this cleansing balm a great cleanser. I use it with a muslin cloth, hence eve lom idea. ...Glowing Cleansing Balm...I use a wet towelette first as step one. I then use the balm with the towelette to take off the remaining makeup, sort of as a double cleanse.
