They feel like a strong cotton wipe soaked in Koh Gen Do micellar water (which is amazing also). It also didn’t make my eyes burn or become sensitive like some other micellar waters and Balm cleansers....Great micellar water!!! I love gentle micellar waters that can be used with contacts and this one is fantastic for that.
