I don’t like the fact that this is waterproof but that’s just because I don’t care for waterproof eyeliner or mascara BUT I’ve been using Sephoras eyeliners for YEARS and let me tell you the pigment in these eyeliners does not disappoint. ...One of my favorite eyeliners!...Favorite! Really small for the price but I think these are beautiful eyeliners. They also stay all day which is nice!...These eyeliners are nice, they can be put on your waterline which is the way that I wear most of them so that I can actually see the shift in colors.
