Really am enjoying these 2 ended eyeliner pencils from CT. Nearly all pencil eyeliners either transfers to under my eyes or fogs to my contacts. ...Longevity is what I look for with my eyeliners. This eyeliner is creamy, glides easy and dries nicely that doesn’t budge.

Liner was easy to use and I was still able to get close to my natural lash with the felt tip. I neeeeeeeeeeeded an eyeliner dark enough to pop and this did the job.
