Doesn’t go too bright or neon if you just use a little. Looks very natural...I tested it on my hand first, and accidentally VERY LIGHTLY brushed my hand against fabric and it entirely was gone. the beauty light wands and the matte blush wands are much more transfer resistant and have incredible staying power. sometimes they're even hard to get off with makeup remover! I know this is a cream and entirely a different formulation, but it just didnt seem to hold well. you really need to set it well or else it will probably just soak into the skin or just melt away. its still very pretty though and for a lot of other similar formulations much better pigmented.
