For the Pros...Highly pigmented, blendable, beautiful! Not quite a pro, nor a novice, but was able to get a beautiful matte purple eye look with ease. ...Not a big palette person but…...I’m not typically a big palette person and some of the other Norvina Pro palettes are really intimidating to me.
