The problem is, when you go to blend it at all, it DOES get sheer, but it's not uniformly sheer, so it just looks patchy and accentuates any "crepe-y" texture on the eyelids. ...This is the perfect sheer wash of color. It's definitely sheer (as it says in the name!)
