Check out the newest eye makeup trend: Siren Eye Makeup! Create the illusion of a sultrier eye with liner, eyeshadow, mascara, lashes, and brushes that help achieve the iconic siren gaze. Here's how to do it:
Step 1: Create the tail of your wing
Use your favorite eyeliner pencil or liquid liner from the outer corner of your eye towards the tail of your brow. We suggest stopping right below the crease of your eyelid- but the length is up to you!
Step 2: Connect your wing to your lash line
Connect the top of the line back to your lashes to created a long wing shape and fill it in. If you're using a pencil liner, this is where an liner brush can come in handy! Use it to connect the wing back to your lash line and create a diffused look. Remember: the key to siren eyes is to elongate your eyes, not make them look smaller, so make sure you're keeping the area above your pupil free of any liner or shadow.
Step 3: Define your inner corner
Using your eyeliner or eyeshadow & brush of choice, follow your waterline and create a thin line in your inner corner towards your nose. Connect the line to the inner corner your lower lash line.
Step 4: Don't forget your lashes
Add mascara or false lashes to further elongate your eye shape. Mascara can be added to all of your lashes or just the outer corners depending on how much drama you're looking for, while false lashes can be cut and placed only on the outer corners as well.
Step 5: Finishing touches
Blend soft brown or gray eyeshadows to your crease to add a subtle smokey effect to your sultry look. We suggest going with a matte shadow as to not distract from your striking eyeliner!
