I apply my eyeshadow and liner as per usual and apply this to my finger and lightly tap it on the centre of my lid for the most beautiful detail. If you have hooded eyes, this slightly transfers....The wide range of colors are beautiful to add a pop of color to your eyes. The only downside I found is that if you do have very hooded eyes like myself it does take a bit to dry down, so be very careful otherwise the glitter can transfer around until set - but that's with every liquid shadow on the market.
