VERY SOFT WET HIGHLIGHTER...This highlighter doesn’t have any glitter or shimmer. Personally, I like my highlighters to be seen from miles away or even outer space so when I want to go for a soft look this is my go to highlighter...Anyway, back to the highlighter - it’s the perfect shade, I hate the over the top white frosty highlighters, but I’m too pale for most darker highlighters - this is perfect.
