It is shinier than the SPF 47 but with a much fainter white cast; overall it makes skin look healthy. I noticed pilling at first but realized it happened when I rushed and used too much pressure; this product spreads easily so you really just need to gently glide and pat it on. ...Goes on very smoothly and evenly, no white cast, does not feel thick, oily and or cakey like alot of physical sunscreens (no more clogged pores). Downside is I do notice it pills if you rub on it but so far the best overall if you are looking for an un-tinted mineral sunscreen.
