It is a water based primer and I immediately feel the hydration on my skin. ...Water based primer only works with water based fou...If this isn't working for you it's because if is a WATER based primer - if you are trying it with founddarions that are not WATER BASED then it will seperate and look spotty.

Most similar to NARS radiance primer...Well I finally pulled the trigger after spending many times more over the years with different primers. This one slicks on like water and definitely helps my Guerlain Meteorites Baby Glow sheer foundation slide on easier as well. ...A very good primer!...First of all, I like how this is a water-based primer, but it works just as well as silicone based primers when it comes to filling fine lines, if not better.
