Luckily it was while I was sanding over carpet so the roller (and my floor) wasn’t damaged. ...My first impression wasn't great because the big roller was loose inside the box. Like it came off the roller and because of that I was able to see that the metal holding the rollers on doesn't completely go through the rollers.
