I would much rather use this product than moisturizer before applying primer as sometimes it gets clumpy!...Seems like a good moisturizer/sunscreen/primer. I would definitely recommend this moisturizer....Great under makeup....Then at the end of the day, after I remove all of my makeup and wash my face again, I will apply the Clinique gel moisturizer or Moisture Surge.

It's not particularly hydrating as if dries down very quickly and it doesn't really act as a primer to grip any of the makeup. I have oily skin & obvious pores but it doesn't help to blur or veil the skin in any way like other hourglass primers can do. ...For reference my favorite primers are the NARS Light Reflecting Primer, Makeup Forever Hydro Booster, and Laura Mercier Hydrating Primer (which I'm boycotting for shady size reduction).
