I also never used the light blue side. I’d STRONGLY recommend they make a new line of eyeliners with the same color, but all one pencil, no double end....Super Blue is the best eyeliner for brown eyes!...I have puffy, hooded brown eyes which immediately look bigger and brighter with the Super Blue pencil.
