The individual pads are very saturated so both sides of the same pad can be used. ...Each one is soaked really well and full of the witch hazel, glycolic acid, and salicylic acid. After using the pads consistently, I have seen a really big improvement in my ingrown hairs (not painful anymore, yay!)
