After using this product for a week, I really like having it as part of my hair route. I wasn't using a heat protection product before unless I was using a flat iron or curling wand. ...I use it two ways: I use it according to the instructions when I’m blow-drying. Also, if I need to flat iron a day or so after I blow-dry, I’ll use a quick spray on my dry hair in the area I’m ironing, blow dry that section with some low heat/low speed just till the miracle shield is dry, then flat iron.
