I can use this shade regardless of the season and my skin tone, normally I'm very pale unless it's the summer. fabulous find, easy to use and lasts all day. you don't need to use a lot and it gets the job done. my only con is the packaging, I'm not a huge fan of the pen brush, you can't clean it between uses. otherwise it's my must have product, I've been using this product for years and can't replace it!...Its a great highlighting pen. I've used this on its own to conceal my under eyes and considering its not an actual concealer, it covered my dark circles nicely.
