It definitely helps balance my more oily skin. I did provide 3 stars due to the packaging. ...Best toner I have ever used...Price is not my favorite but I've never found a hydrating toner that was compatible with my oily skin. This sinks in without leaving anything behind like excess oil and I use it both morning and evening.

Great for dry skin...I don’t really like products that contain oils, but this toner is not greasy at all, however I do not recommend it for oily skin or with acne problems....I actually really like this product. Works well for my oily skin. Feels amazing, refreshing and cooling.
