HIGHLY PIGMENTED. Great for cat eye or liner on the water line...I tested my hand in store and it's VERY pigmented with one swatch. moving to the face, it barely shows up. can't figure out the difference unless it's the moisturizer which I'm not skipping for makeup. also wish it were creamy so it does skid across my eyes. it did break but I also knew I unscrewed too much, it didn't break at all when I tested with a small amount exposed.

Over a days wear it did start to flake and smudge under my eyes. It’s waterproof but easy to remove and comes off just by washing my face with soap and water, no need for pulling and scrubbing or additional eye makeup remover....Layering the mascara seems to help, but this 10 lb weapon-wand shouldn’t need assistance from Essence lash princess.
