best eyeliner for lower lash line

Glides on softer than highliner and no skipping on upper nor lower lash line....This works well on my lower lash line & did not smudge very much....Works Well On Lower Lash Line

This is such an innovative way to apply lash glue. This stuff really works! It’s easy to apply close to the lash line & it helps lashes stick really good! ...Personally I didn't like it it didn't work that well and it's still stuck on my lash line

Beautiful eyeliner!...The only con is that the pencil might tug on your eyes, so I recommend using a tiny brush and rubbing it on the pencil before applying it to the lash line if you want detailed work.
