An Awesome Primer!!...I can tell it’s helps keep the oils at bay, so I’m not sure how it would work for dry skin, but for oily skin it’s awesome! It’ll definitely become a new favorite primer that I’ll be repurchasing to keep it in my rotation!...I used without and with makeup and I liked the both ways.
