The product is great just falsely advertised as it doesn’t refill ALL bottles .. and mine is authentic so that’s not the reasons check your bottles before purchase is all I can recommend...I gave it a 3 because the perfume is heavenly unfortunately I cannot refill my original bottle and that’s a big problem.
