There is fallout, which is expected, and I would recommend doing your eyeshadow before your face, especially if the color is dark like Charged. The only con is that the eyeshadow is a little messy and you can see the mess through the plastic packaging. ...You're definitely going to need a primer for this color because it is pretty dark and a good makeup remover but it doesn't stain the lids and there's fallout though it's minimal.
