My first impression wasn't great because the big roller was loose inside the box. Like it came off the roller and because of that I was able to see that the metal holding the rollers on doesn't completely go through the rollers. ...Great roller, fixing required...While using the smaller roller the cap/prongs/large roller fell off. Luckily it was while I was sanding over carpet so the roller (and my floor) wasn’t damaged.

Great Rollers, Bad Clips...I would suggest using old-school hot roller pins (the U-shaped kind) instead. I also wish there were 4 more rollers....Best hot roller! Makes my hair looks like I got a blow out in 10 mins!
