if i have enough time i can make it work, but i need primer, and a super steady (not tired, not hungry, not rushed for work) to make this use-able. it smears easily, it stains even if wiped off immediately, so precision with a thick stick like this is tough. and if i get it right it's very dark, dries to not smear as easily as other eyeliners, especially with primer. still my eyelid oils get rid of it by the end of the day, but short term it looks great if the stars align....Love the color; goes great with my medium brown eyes as an eyeliner both above and below the lashlines. However, the sharpener at the end of the liner does not work at all; it simply squashes the product resulting in waster product
