I roll this baby under my eyes and let it dry while I shave. Then by the time I'm ready to moisturize, my eyes already feel cool and hydrated. ...this depuffer has been a lifesaver for me. i use it on days when i haven’t gotten much sleep and really need a pick-me-up. i pass it gently under each eye twice and rub it in softly (it dries fairly quickly) and i perk up almost immediately, so it does make a genuine difference (notably it’s formulated with caffeine). i’ve also had it for about a year and it still works well to this day without any reductions in quality/effectiveness, so i’d say it’s pretty good value. would definitely recommend to anyone :)
