(I also love Rosewater but Sephora didnt pick it up...) this balm is non-sticky even tho it doesnt dry completely... it stays slightly balmy and very glossy but it doesnt catch my hair to my face... it goes amazing over any makeup I may already have on my face or on my bare skin... the effect is the same, it looks glossy, healthy, fresh and pretty... ...Dew Wet makes my skin look hydrated and ultra-glowy even on dull/bad skin days!

I wish Clinique would bring their glossy mascara back- that one did not disappoint....I also like so much the brush of this mascara it is super soft and gentle to the eyes. I liked that it is removed so easily with my cleansing face gel as I always struggles when removing mascaras.

Continental and everything and more are more smooth and while they do have glitter it’s not too much they are glossy.
