This is a good pencil, but with the Eye Lights I just didn't need this one, too....i love the way it highlights my brow bone. it looks great on most skin tones and i use it on other people a lot. for people who already have pale skin around their eyelids, it might not show up as strongly...maybe focus on darkening the area under your brow bone for definition instead of lightening.
